Employees use the water carts (that customers transport water on) to haul trash to the dumpster. There are several grey rolling carts usually parked by the door and the filling stations. Nothing distinguishes the one I saw them hauling trash on, from the one I wheeled my water jugs on. I was In the middle of filling my jugs when the employees started loading an available water cart with trash; otherwise, I would've left without filling. Stop in around closing time and see for yourself. I spent nearly enough to buy a 60 gallon water card my first visit, $3.00 short for 25 gallons. The employee, older gentleman, maybe owner, didn't recommend buying a card for $3 more and getting 30 or so more gallons. The setup is not easy for rolling the trash/water carts around obstacles (signs and the occasional bicycle) and down slotted handicap ramp to the parking area. An employee has never helped load water, nor has an employee opened, or held, the door for me as I maneuvered the trash/water cart that narrowly fits through the standard swinging glass door, but several have stood there slack-jawed watching. Weak customer service and unsanitary practices by employees will have me avoiding this place like the ... aforementioned.
