First visit to this location was disappointing. Approached two employees chatting with each other; neither looked my way as I stopped and waited...I had to interrupt to ask where to find tank tops. As I approached checkout, I saw that all of the self-service ones were closed. There were two regular checkouts, both staffed. One was serving a customer who was waiting for another employee to find her something in the store; the other cashier walked away from her station when I walked up, so I waited in line for the first cashier. The second one could see me, but didn't offer to help. Then another employee approached her and asked, "Are you open?" The second cashier said yes, returned to her station, and waited while the employee decided which candy to buy.
These are not major transgressions, but they are disappointing customer service fails. I was really hoping to love this new Target location. I hope it doesn't turn out to be just a more-expensive WalMart. Get it together, Target! You can do better!
