  • After having some stiffness and aching in my neck, I decided to try this spa and booked an appointment with Patrizia online through their website. Upon arrival, the spa looked very clean and cozy. I entered from the front door and it was easy for me to find the reception area since there were signs and arrows leading me to the back of the house. Receptionist was friendly and kind as they asked me to fill out an intake form since it was my first time there. I want to point out that the form actually has a question that asks "Would you like this to be a silent massage (just music playing in the background, no talking)" or something along those lines. After going to so many spas and clinics, and even previously worked at a spa, I really enjoyed that question because I like to come in and relax whenever I go for a massage, so A+ to this spa for actually asking that to their clients and making note of it :) Once I finished filling out the form, Patrizia was in the reception area ready to go. She was very sweet and friendly. She had a warm and positive personality which I liked and made me feel comfortable. We went to one of the rooms upstairs (woah, I didn't know there was this much space in this house!) and it was well kept and clean; very cute decor. Patrizia went through my intake form with me before the massage. I really enjoyed the massage. I always find it hard to find a massage therapist that uses the right pressure, but Patrizia was able to keep a medium/deep pressure throughout the whole 60 minutes. She offered to do a full body massage, but I only wanted my upper back to be done. Near the end when she was about to massage my neck, she offered aromatherapy (which is free = BONUS!), and also asked if I wanted a scalp massage (another freebie = DOUBLE BONUS!). This has by far been one of the best massages I have had in years! After the massage after I got ready, Patrizia met me in the hallway and brought me back downstairs to the reception area. I was a little disappointed there was no tip option that was prompted on the debit machine since I really wanted to leave a tip. So, i was only able to leave $5 cash since that was all I had in my wallet...I felt really bad. Overall, I had a really good experience. I will definitely be back for another massage and to try some other services offered here as well.
