  • This is NOT an ADA-friendly hotel. If you are in a wheelchair and need to use the Family Restroom on the second floor of the hotel and obviously require elevator access to get there, but you are NOT a GUEST, skip this casino at ALL COSTS. The security guard will NOT leave his post to escort you up there if you do not have an elevator key which only GUESTS have. They offer NO assistance at all. Forget about the fact that you spend LOTS of money here on a regular basis because we are locals, only the GUESTS matter in this casino. So you know what, they can keep it. Ironic note to the story...... SECURITY told us personally on the phone two days prior to our visit that there would be NO PROBLEM. Don't believe anything they tell you. They just want to get you there to spend money and then not help you at all. had to give one star because you can't post the review without it; otherwise it would be ZERO!!!!
