  • This hotel is located in downtown PHX. As you enter the lobby you are absolutely "wowed" because it is beautifully decorated, but as you go to your room you are absolutely disgusted. The walls need to be repainted (hallways and rooms) carpets need to be replaced !!!!!!! Not cleaned, REpLACed because they're filthy! Bedding also needs to be updated ! The rooms are somewhat clean, I found some hair in my tub!!! If it wasn't for the helpful nice staff... I would give this place NO STAR! Oh, and the pool is lined with plastic/rubber !!!! Which we found to be extremely strange !
