Ok, I love Teavana. Their tea is ALWAYS delicious and I love all their items. Out of all the Teavana's I've been to, I never had an issue with customer service. I was always greeted and someone would always politely come up to me and offer me to try samples etc. BUT, let me tell you about my experience at this location.
My sister and I went to try a sample and after, we walked up to the register since she had questions and had been wanting to purchase her favorite tea. As we were standing at the counter, all the workers were having a grand ol time carrying on a conversation to themselves, looked at us as we stood there, and began carrying on their "not so serious" conversation. Umm HELLO?! Do they not know their job to help customers??? This went on for a couple of minutes. That was the WORST customer service experience we had at that location. Whoever the manager is for this store needs to get their employees trained for better service. (Note to the owner or manager: we were there March 7, close to 6pm) We stood there as we were NEVER acknowledged and we got so irritated and fed up we began to walk out only for the workers to yell out "Have a nice day!" In sarcastic voices. They lost loyal customers and the management should be ashamed for hiring these individuals. So, thank you to the girl with the high top fade, the other girl the glasses and piercing and to the tall guy with the red shirt and glasses who kept the conversation going. We will never be back here ever again.
