  • I wish I could give zero stars! Dealing with this company was awful. I'm not sure what was worse, living without AC for a week in the dead of summer or dealing with these guys. It was Hell. The only reason we used them was because it is who our home warranty company sent out. We dropped that home warranty as soon as we were done with this mess. When they finally came to "fix" the problem, they did it wrong. We ended up calling a real AC company and paying out of pocket to have it fixed. No thanks to L and S.
