  • Carolina Fish Market does not know what good customer service is. They do not know the value of repeat customers who once recommended their business to many others. There have been multiple times when we have been disappointed, to put it lightly. I'll spare you the long list of people details but I will discuss the most recent. We placed a phone call to Carolina fish market to see how many pounds of crawfish they had and requested they hold the remaining 9 pounds of crawfish to which they agreed. We drive the 30 minutes to get there and half the crawfish had been sold and the response from Carolina fish market was rather rude. If a business has a guaranteed purchase from a repeat customer, why would that be compromised? And why would the response be rude when we are disappointed because our guaranteed product was sold to someone else with no notice to us before we make the trip to the store. Not good business.
