  • Sometimes when I go the service is fabulous and sometimes it's horrible. I took my grandmother out for dinner after our long day & the waiter had our food sitting out there for 10-15 minutes up until I said something. The manager came to us and we told him our waiter was very slow and he said the bill was on him. Besides that I would say food wise is the best Steak 'n Shake I've ever been to.
