  • Our dental office flooded and a company came in and placed some holes along our baseboards throughout the office, to dry out the walls. We needed them patched and painted. We hired this company to patch the holes. Workers came in and patched the holes (we thought all of them) and told us that the paint we had was no good and they needed to purchase paint. No big deal, we agreed on an additional $150 for the paint. Today is the second week they have NO SHOWED to finish the remaining work which should only be paint. The first week Michael was very apologetic and said he could not get a hold of his worker. This week no one shows up AGAIN and after several messages left for him, it is 3 PM and I have heard nothing. They left our office a complete mess on the only day they did show up. I had to have the entire staff hurry and clean in the morning before patients arrived. I also discovered there are STILL holes that have not been patched!! I have pictures showing the lack of cleanliness and the unfinished work that we have already paid them for. Save yourself a headache and hire a professional company, I wish I would've.
