Who doesn't like things that sparkle?? OR should I ask, what women doesn't like things that sparkle?
Exactly, very few.
Now I frequent Swarovski, just to see what they have and if anything tickles my fancy, but my last visit has given me that little kick to actually write a review about this location.
So 95% of the time I have no problems with the store. However for the other 5% my issue is with some of the people who work here - they can be quite rude. Yes I may dress down once in a while but that doesn't mean I'm not allowed in your store or can't afford what you're selling. Let's be real here in this day and age you can't judge a book by it's cover. Not to mention your things are moderately priced so really you need to step down off the high horse and be friendly to whoever comes into the store.
I'm not saying everyone working is rude cause there are 3 people who are fantastic, but this is mainly directed to the other staff.
Now onto business, if you do end up buying something here you'll find that their policy on returns has changed. You can no longer return items but you may now just exchange them or get a store credit. Not a big deal but this may bother some people.
Repairs: If by any chance you need a repair on your item they usually handle it pretty well and quickly. I should let you know though don't go for a repair near a holiday (2 weeks before or after) because it'll take double the time to get things repaired. I don't know why, but if your warranty isn't up don't rush to get in there. Unless you like waiting. Then by all means knock yourself out.
