rev:text	This guy is a dick. He wanted me to transfer money for a "non-refundable deposit" to his personal account before even looking at the place and before signing a lease. Not only that, but every person who has commented below is absolutely correct about this guy. When I ask him a question, he responds by asking me to call him because he doesn't want what he says to be in writing. I also had a friend say he rented from Tim Wright and turns out he lost it all. Not only did he take his entire deposit, but he charged him for other "damages" that were outrageous. Please do yourself a favor. I don't care how nice a property is or how badly you want to rent it, do not rent from this guy! In addition, he told me I'm a shy girl who is super mean and that makes it where my boyfriend complements me. I'm sorry but I did not ask for his opinion. Also, he didn't even run my credit. He just took my $30 and told me that if he's lying he wanted to make a bet with me. His bet was that if I were wrong, I would buy him a gift card for coffee. What kind of immature slumlord says such a thing? TIM WRIGHT, YOU ARE THE DEFINITION OF A SLUMLORD!!!!!
