  • I agree with both people who commented below mine. The Landlady here are so she calls herself does absolutely nothing I'm not even sure why she chose this job considering she has told me personally never to contact her. So when I realize that my toilet is broken, my tub is broken, there's no dishwasher or food dispenser, and then there's a bug infestation amongst probably 10 other things I now understand why the price is what it is. And when I tell her that there's a bug infestation she tells me she doesn't want to hear from me and to put a work order in. I put a work order in for that and two weeks goes by without a sound while I get more more creeped out by bugs until I had to bomb the place myself. Same thing with the toilet same thing with the tub, everything takes very very very long time to be accomplished if accomplished at all. Oh yeah and the stove didn't work and they wouldn't fix it for a whole month so I ate I thought it. This place is a disgrace and so is the Landlady. Whoever the owners are need to replace her or do something why do you think you're losing money?
