  • BEST ICE CREAM STORE!! If nothing else, their m&m makes it worth it to give this place a try. My friends and I love to play the "guess what color is your m&m" game whenver we eat here. So every waffle cone you get has a m&m at the bottom. And the only way to find out is to FINISH your ice cream! haha Their portions are generous and their taste is awesome! My favorite is the cookies and cream! Although I've had many kinds of cookies and cream flavors, I have to say Dave and Andy's offer the best kind! I've tried many of their flavors by now, and a lot of them are really good. They also like to change up the flavors once in a while to keep their menu exciting! Definitely a must go-to-place if you're in the Pittsburgh area!
