Ugh. They promised that the new door hardware key would be compatible with our existing key. It wasn't. So now we're stuck with two separate keys for the house. Then the keys were either not included or they were lost, and they had all sorts of attitude about 'trying to help, but I'm not sure what we can do' talk. Why didn't they keep the key number? Sloppy systems, plenty of arrogance and not recommended.
