The hotel was quite nice. The rooms were pretty decent, and the atmosphere is ok (the casino smells full of smoke, and you have to walk through it every time to get to the elevators). The restaurants are fine, but not extraordinary. If you are looking for the magnificent shops and quick access to all the entertainment, then the strip is the way to go. The Suncoast is affordable and you don't have to worry about the hustle and bustle of the strip. Some of the amenities are as good as the premium hotels on the strip, but there aren't any huge highlights. Next time, I think a hotel on the strip (even though it might be more expensive) woud be better.
