  • I wanted Pho on a cold rainy evening because I knew something warm and flavorful would soothe my soul. That's exactly what it did. I ordered a small iced Thai tea, shrimp spring rolls, and chicken and shrimp pho in a lunch sized portion. The Thai tea was really sweet. It didn't have much flavor and was just overpowered with sweetness. The shrimp springs rolls were very refreshing and fresh. The peanut sauce that came with it was also too sweet. Now for the pho, I believe the pho was perfectly balanced. It was not overpowering in the spice Star anise. I could taste it but it wasn't super strong like other places have been. The customer service was amazing. We were never left hanging at any moment. There were multiple people going around asking if you needed anything and making sure it happened. Besides the overly sweet Thai tea and peanut sauce, I liked Pho Avina and I would totally return!
