  • Bought our daughter a lovely necklace at Attic Salt in Chandler Mall for her graduation. Not on clearance, just FYI. Soon as she took it out of the box the chain broke. Never even got a chance to wear it. Took it back today to exchange or return it, only to be told by the store manager that there are no returns on jewelry, and that I was told that when I purchased it (incorrect). Sorry, nothing we can do for you, it wasn't broken when we sold it to you. Well duh, who would buy a broken necklace. Shame on you Attic Salt / Fuego for selling ridiculously marked-up rubbish, and shame on you tenfold for your horrendous customer service. Love your store but now I can't shop there anymore.
