  • I've lived here for a little over four months and absolutely love it. There are so many positives about this place. Its safe, clean, several amenities (appropriately identified as luxury), and has a positive and calm ambiance. Atmosphere is of great importance to me because I work long hours so when I'm home its nice to not worry about noise or the neighbors. I've met several people on my floor (and building) and all have been extremely friendly. A con: Cox is the only option for internet provider. I would have preferred to keep my business with my preferred provider not only because they were a lot cheaper for the same service, they also provide better customer service. Make sure you document everything they state.
