  • This review is based on an order of takeout desserts on Friday night. We decided to do takeout after seeing how busy it was. Among 3 of us, we tried snowflake ice with mangoes, snowflake ice with strawberries, mango & cream mochi and the signature cold herbal jelly with taro balls & tapioca pearls. The signature herbal jelly was my dessert and I really enjoyed it! I've had Meet Fresh before and I think this local place is going to give that global franchise a run for its money. The handmade taro and sweet potato balls were so chewy. I loved how the icy part is flavored with herbal jelly. Very good portions and the price is cheaper than what I recall Meet Fresh charges. Another reason I gave full 5 stars is the way the lady at the register handles herself. She is both courteous to the customers and at the same time, instructing someone how to build a dessert. A lot of patience on her part so props to her!
