  • This store has permanently lost my business. I bought a sonic toothbrush in JANUARY here it is AUGUST and still no $10 rebate check and major issues from PHILIPS telling me my check was in the mail!! That is another company I will NEVER buy their products again!! No rebate from them, constantly telling me someone would call me and telling me the check was in the mail. I was never able to even talk to someone at Fry's about my issues when I called to complain about PHILIPS, since they don't seem to know how to answer their phones nor transfer me without hanging up on me! I live way to far to go over their to complain. If you buy something with a rebate there is a good chance you won't get it and forget about trying to get Fry's to help since their customer service doesn't exist! Heck they don't even know how to answer a phone!
