This dealership has the worst service department ever! I was on hold for 7 minutes right from the time the person first answered and put me on hold immediately. Then she put me on hold again after I told her why I was calling and she never asked my name. Then another person came on and asked if I was being helped.... after another 5 minutes. I told her I didn't know if the first person was helping or not and she asked me what I was calling about so I told her about the recall part on my car and she asked my name which the first person never did, THEN SHE tried to put me on hold......I hung up! Called Chapman Chevrolet in Tempe and they answered right away, took care of my concern and within 3 minutes off the phone with them and everything taken care of!!! For 20 years I have been going to Tempe because of their great service in both buying and service, but we moved to Gilbert and decided to try this one that is closer. Tempe is worth the drive!!
