  • I will start by saying that the staff is friendly. But, after going there yesterday for a set of dip nails, I will never return. I asked the nail tech to not use the drill, and she proceeded to use the drill for everything. Language may have been a barrier with this, but I honestly don't think it was and she was just trying to be quick. She even used the drill for my cuticles and cut me several times. She then proceeded to use the same drill bit on the next client without cleaning or sanitizing the bit. Disgusting and probably not allowed with the board of cosmetology. In addition, the nail tech did not even finish my nails, she went to another client and had the receptionist finish my nails. Also not allowed by the board of cosmetology. Don't waste your money here, I regret going in and my fingers look horrible with the cuts all along my cuticle line.
