  • I have lived here for around 9 years, under the BRE management and now under the new company and I can honestly say things have been going down hill quickly. I originally moved here because it was a very nice place in a not so decent area but things keep getting worse and its not worth the price. The office staff is decent at times, mostly rude. When I go to pay rent they don't greet you or anything in the office, they just say "yes?" as if to say what do you want. They also never greet you in passing around the complex, I know it may seem minor but for the type of rent you pay its not too much to ask. Speaking of paying, this is a nickle and dime operation. Aside from high rent that keeps going up, they keep adding on charges, first for gas, then for pest control, that should be included in rent not added on as extra. For all this money what do you get? you get to hear rap music all hours of the day and night, trip over beer cans and smell weed and dog shit every time you step outside. If I wanted to live like that, I could just move to one of the shady places down the street for half the rent. TL:DR: If you want to live in a slum, there are much cheaper options in the area, if your looking for a nice place, spend a little more and go elsewhere.
