I had the worst nights sleep that I have ever had in a hotel. I have diamond status with Hilton and my profile requests rooms away from elevators but the unhelpful women at the gold/ diamond desk put me in room 2801.
It was an absolute nightmare that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. I would have welcomed a real nightmare because that would have meant that I got some shuteye. I would challenge the hotel employees to spend the night in this room. It is uninhabitable and you should not be putting guests here. There was a constant loud nose from the pull of the elevator. The mechanisms for the elevator must be touching this room. I spent over $500 on this room and it was miserable.
Why did I give any stars? The executive lounge is nice and there is a pool that my family would have liked on a repeat visit. Unfortunately there won't be a repeat visit so they will never know.
I just updated the review to give another star to management for quickly responding to this post. You obviously care about your guests and I am sure that you will find a way to rectify for future guests.
