  • The last six of my trips to Sears I have come home without making a single purchase. Not only has there been no one to help me when there has been someone to help me I couldn't even hand over my money. For example I went shopping for a refrigerator with $800 in hand and everything was backordered and in four weeks I could get a fridge. That's an exaggeration 2 weeks. The ladies just walked off and left us there waiting for her to come back to tell us about refrigerators. Had much better service and find a great fridge for $800 at Lowe's. Today I went here in search of a vacuum cleaner belt . I was greated very nicely by a man asking me if he could help. I said yes thank you very much I need to find this vacuum cleaner belt. He directed me to vacuum cleaners and told me someone would be there to help me. And of course like usual there was no one there to help me I could not find anybody they had no belts. After my last five unsuccessful trips to Sears I should have known better never shopping here again ever.
