I've been here twice. Once on a Sunday for bison tartare (tartares are discounted on Sundays & Mondays) and on a Saturday for a deer burger. Both were good and definitely interesting. Texture is similar to beef but neither tasted like beef. Can't describe it really but there was no gaminess. I believe they also serve a poutine with shredded wapiti (elk) and a horse steak. I haven't tried either. Portions are small but considering the rarity of game meat, I think the prices are reasonable. It's a small place, more of a bar than a restaurant.
