  • Two elevators and one escalator out off order. Retailers have their sale racks blocking the walkway. Clear ADA violations - they should be ashamed of themselves. Then the entire south garage has been retired in a fashion that only makes traffic congestion worse. Terrible planning and foresight by management. It'll be a long time before I go back. I'll definitely avoid it on the weekends.
