  • Hawkeye Appliance are angels in disguise. I got home and my air conditioner was blowing hot air. The first company I called gave me an appointment for 6 days out (of course it is the busiest season). I called Hawkeye and they were able to give me one for Saturday. A little while later Yola called back and told me they could get me in for the next morning!!! Randall came and he was beyond knowledgeable, professional and courteous! He was able to diagnose the problem and actually fix it in the same day due to availability of parts and my home warranty approval. Excellent customer service and skill! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
