  • Zero stars. Wow. Just wow. By far the worst service experience I think either myself or my husband have ever experienced. I will preface this by saying, we bought our 2015 Crosstrek from this store with a fabulous experience. Never even bothered to think to Yelp the service department...why would we...the sales was great! BIG MISTAKE! And I'll be honest, it's their loss because my Mazda 3 has 150000 miles on it and I'm due for a new car very soon. We were very much considering a second purchase from there. Not now. No way. Not after the service we got from there. My husband drives the car mostly and all we did was do a simple battery change. After the battery change, the car started doing a hard idle, especially on different levels of air conditioning levels. Also, we noticed the gas tank counter would not go down, but go up, then down, then up again. Huh? So at 49,000 it's still under warranty, never had an issue before, so of course we took it in. Friday...Saturday...Sunday...finally WE called Monday and the service rep basically called my husband crazy. We asked to speak to a manager and that never happened. Went down there to get our car back asap. I phoned today Angela, the "Director of Service" before noon and left a voicemail to see what we could figure out. We need to get the damn thing fixed and it's under warranty...why is this an issue? Do you think Angela called back...of course she didn't. Seriously? Come to find out, they also charged my husband $150 for a throttle body cleaning that they said would fix it. It didn't. So, I'm now #1, going to get my money back. #2, going higher than Angela who apparently doesn't know how to do her job, nor do her entire department especially after the reviews I just read, #3, ,going to contact corporate and #4 filing a complaint with the attorney general's office. I'm not screwing around. This place needs to be shut down. Unreal. And it's a certified dealer? Not Joe's corner dealer...this is a real dealer. What the hell? Run from the service here. In fact, we have an appointment for the Scottsdale location and told them EVERYTHING that this store did and what happened. And here's a clue..if you can't find the issue..ok. Tell the customer, talk to them...but don't be an ahole about it and treat your customers like crap. I spend $26,000 at your store and this is how we get treated? I can't even believe it.
