  • Dealership notified my husband on October 12th that license plate had arrived. He contacted them to have them send it to my daughter's work since she lives on campus and has difficulty receiving mail. She called me on October 28th, the day her third temporary tag expired, to say that she still hadn't received license plate. Put a call into the dealership and was sent to voicemails. Called back and asked to speak to anyone with authority. Spoke to Michael. After repeatedly talking over me and interrupting me, he finally found the plate and I made sure they had the correct mailing address on file. Daughter called yesterday, October 31, to say that she finally has her license plate. Glad this ordeal is finally over. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I cared about.
