  • Kindly asked Ken about how much longer for my car to be serviced, since I was informed it would be an hour and his answer was, "If it was ready I would of called you." Then, kindly asked for an estimate and he said, "It is in the shop." Not the best customer service. Been going here for 10 years and Jeremy has always been so pleasant and informative. I wish his coworker would of been too.
