  • Waste of TIME. Salesman arrives and opens up his little presentation with how "other" shops buy and sell and how bad it is to buy from competitors and how inferior they are. Then shows me a segment with Diane Sawyer investigating the BBB because the reviews are ALL wrong. Then commented on my art and pictures in my house. I mean. Just measure. Show me samples. Answer my questions. I don't need to talk about my life with you. Be professional. He would not tell me or show me the oz. weight of carpet or the twist of it.. Said he didn't know. Said I shouldn't care. Other people will talk about weight of carpet just to confuse me. I asked about memory foam pad. Said memory foam padding was BAD. THEN brought in samples of "high end" pad and I read it(only thing with information on it) and it was made of memory foam. He says "Oh it has memory foam in it" I didn't know! Then he pretends to call someone to find out the weight of carpet. .I mean WHO did he call? It was 7:30pm by that point. He was yawning at my table trying to put a quote together. I told him it's been 2.5 hours now, you can build the quote and get it to me. He would not leave. Spent THREE hours at my house. Had to tell him to leave. I had no more time. UGGH. I didn't trust the PRODUCT they were trying to sell me. Be careful of the quality..which. I didn't think it was any good. NEVER again.
