  • First of all I didn't research too much before I moved in. I was just looking for a temporary spot while I searched for a house to buy so I signed a 6 month lease. The apartments are in a nice location so I decided to move in. The apartment was hands down the worst I've lived in. All of the materials used to craft the apartment were cheap, cheap, cheap quality! The walls were paper thin! I can hear the neighbors dog, whole conversations, toilets flushing, showers running. The carpets were super thin. The blinds were not fitted properly. The place was half-assed put together. I couldn't wait until my lease was up. After I moved out I received an invoice for them for unpaid rent and carpet replacement? I paid my rent up until the day I moved out and I can furnish proof of that. And there's no way that I'm paying for carpet replacement! I was only there 6 months and the carpet was in the same condition as the day I moved in. I will be talking to the manager about this! This place is an overpriced dump! Take your money elsewhere!
