It took me 7 weeks to get a pair of glasses that costs nearly 170 dollars. The lenses were repeatedly scratched according to their periodic phone calls extending the amount of time out. Their manager was rude and in no hurry to resolve the the situation and eventually tried to make them sound good by claiming they just wanted to give me a perfect product rather than taking responsibility.
Update: The manager surprised me by refunding 30 percent and extending the protection by a year. That was unexpected and definitely helped.
