  • My two daughters, father- in- law and I visited the King Putt Mini on 30 Mar 2017 and had a wonderful time. What could have turned into a very disappointing experience with my little girls was saved by Tyler at the register. We went to King Putt Mini to play miniature golf, but my 4 year old was a little tired and scare that day, in turn she didn't want to play miniature golf. Instead of going home, Tyler was very kind, emphatic and profession as he offered options as to what we can do at the venue. We ended up playing arcade games, which at first glance looks very small, but for the girls it was perfect. The girls won tons of tickets as the games are geared to win tickets, for the most part, in turn when it was time to cash in our tickets, the girls were able to get tons of things, which blew both my father in law and my mind as that is not typical at most venues. At most places 1000 tickets gets you maybe a think plastic ring, not at King Putt Mini, the girls walked away with stuff animals, swords, slime and rings, which Adam tended to us at the gift shop and was extremely helpful and kind to my little indecisive girls. I work as a service provider in the pharmaceutical research industry and in my experience, customer service is almost dead, so I thought. Thank you Tyler and Adam for confirming real and authentic customer service is still alive and strong. My family and I left very happy and relaxed. Thank you very much for everything.
