I've only been a member here for a week, but so far, it's amazing!! I get exhausted during the workouts and feel energized after. The best part is that even during my exhaustion, I'm having a blast!! Great way to relieve stress and not a boring gym at all! I recommend the 6 week challenge if you need to drop some body fat. They will give you a very regimented nutrition plan that is a winner!
