  • When I consulted with the rep he stated they had the tires I needed in stock and that it'd be about an hour an a half to change out the tires. An hour after I had been waiting he comes back to me and says that they only have two and not four like I needed. He said that they are on their way from another location and should be about 20 minutes for them to arrive and installation. The process began at 4:02pm and it is now almost 6pm and the task is not complete. I had informed him the importance of this since I have to attend a funeral out of state and of course need to stop by the bank before the end of business. The efficiency and management is lacking here. No communication to the clients and no assurance. Needless to say that the bank closed by the time they finished. With no sincere apology or any type of compensation. Two strikes right there, I don't need a third to know that I won't be coming back to this establishment. P.S. The restroom is disgusting.
