  • If i could give this place a ZERO star, I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous and do not care about your business. They held onto my work laptop for nearly a month. When I called inquiring about the status of my laptop after having authorized the part to be replaced exactly 2 weeks ago, the answer I got from the store manager, JAMES HARRISON, was that "it will get here when it gets here." All I was doing was asking of its whereabouts (luckily I had another laptop I could work off of) but the attitude was given was ludicrous and absolutely unwarranted. Sorry if you were having a bad day but no need to take it out on your customers. After being berated by James, I asked for his manager's name and was told he was the highest person in command there and I wouldn't be able to speak with anyone and he then proceeded to hang up on me. Wow! That's what I consider pissing your customers off and also all your future customers. Sure, I'll pay the $60 for them to look at my laptop but I surely will NEVER give them any more business nor go back. And going forward, I want to ensure others know this as well. Be warned!
