  • My husband made a reservation for my birthday on open table. The reservation noted that it was a birthday celebration. That afternoon Roka Akor called to tell my husband that they could only accommodate us in the lounge area and it will he very noisy. Additionally we will most likely have to wait for a table. My husband said, "but we have a confirmed reservation! It sounds like you don't want us to come." She then said OK and hung up!! We scrambled to get reservations at another restaurant where we bought two bottles of wine, had a delicious meal and thankfully had a lovely time. Never again Roka Akor. There are too many other great restaurants in Phoenix who give outstanding customer service.
