  • I honestly can't believe I've never posted a review for Windy City. This is the real deal place for a beef dip in Las Vegas. It's that good! Bar and restaurant owners in the Las Vegas Valley throw their hands up in frustration and scream, "Damn you Windy City" when their hotdog bun stuffed full of processed roast beef and a side of "Ahhh Joo" gets sent back to the kitchen, because the secret is out... Real beef dips taste great. The staff is super friendly. The food is delicious. The restaurant is clean. I avoid Lake Mead and Buffalo, because I can't NOT, double negative, stop for a beef dip. Sue me! I recommend to everyone.
