  • As a agent who worked there I can say a lot of unfair things happen even as person traveling out. And haveing to deal with St Louis depo. It got took over by a independent agency a mother and daughter and who daughter had no customer service skills and could care less how the people are being treated when misfortunes happen with the routes . To run a business you have to know how to talk to any and every body some people can't. CHAMPAIGN in particular you should be able to we had students from the u of I and regular people not everybody cut of out for the job I was fired for reporting her daughter charging people 20$ on a ticket reissue to get on the earlier bus . Supposed to accommodate the person cause the bus was late. Haveing people who come to my desk when I'm not even working not only talk to me talk to everyone at the desk and at mtd she almost got bard from the terminal which is petty and then it was my boyfriend so I made a post off clock plz don't not come to the desk you will get bard from what security had said to me. After my boyfriend walking up to visit me at lunch time they walked him back off property just picked and being petty . I didn't make more then 9.75 with no benefits and sit there til buses come in and work whatever hours ....yeah I think not nobody gonna put themselves through all that in their right mind
