  • Great customer service story at Eddy's this week. The seat tube broke on my 10 year old Gary Fisher bike the day of The Towpath Century ride I did 2 weeks ago so I had to use my backup bike, a Bianchi Project 3 hybrid from 1995 or so. Turns out there was a lifetime warranty on the frame and Trek ended up giving me a brand new complete bike. Thanks to the Eddy's team for helping me with the warranty and getting me all setup on a new bike.
