If the $20/hr sign outside has caught your attention, DO NOT BE DUPED! It's a bait. You will be forced to pay over 50% gratuity at the end of service.
My masseuse literally handed back my $5 and mandated a $10 tip. She frowned and sighed in disbelief for getting 25% gratuity. The same happened with the other therapists who HARASSED 3 of my family. Chasing us out the door, demanding a minimum 50% tip! They were not even asking nicely, they were extorting!
Never have I been to an establishment where employees literally CHASE and OBLIGATE customers to give them more than they deserve. What kind of company trains employees to blatantly harass and forcefully EXTORT cash from patrons, instead of providing proper "customer service" and "business etiquette" to earn a well-deserved tip!?
Usually, a generous tip is given to someone who provides honest, efficient and more than adequate quality-service. Unfortunately, this was not the case for us. Considering the price and location of this business, we were not expecting a top-notch hospitality. Regardless, clients should be offered the same level of politeness. A lower service price is not an excuse to treat customers poorly or conduct an unfair and deceptive business practices.
I am still dumbfounded by how they have managed to stay in business with all the negative feedback! So, I will make sure to file a formal complaint with the NV Attorney General's Office and Better Business Bureau based on our recent experience.
