  • I don't mind to pay $45 for a car wash but not when the job is not done right! I was referred by one of my friends, I went there twice. The first time the truck came out with a lot of water marks and the bed was completely not washed and wiped down! Since the reviews were so good I decided to give them a second chance. Again this time I was very angry! I told them to wash the bed and wipe it down because they didn't do it last time like they said they would! Guess what my truck came out and the bed was again not washed and wiped down! I don't understand what part of it you don't get? they said they will clean the bed and wipe it down both times and both times they did not! The first time it was in the day time so I told them to wipe it down! The second time it was already dark so i couldn't see properly and assuming how big of a emphasis I made to clean the bed I would of thought they cleaned it, off course I was wrong! Also the second time the truck just didn't feel clean I have to use a cloth and keep wiping all the water marks etc! I mean they do spend over an hour just on my truck, but I just don't understand what were they doing in that hour? I'm giving them two stars because they at least open gas cap and wipe inside and take out all my floor mats and wipe them down etc I still have yet to find a hand car wash in Las Vegas they can properly wash my truck, I don't know if it's just to big or if it's just hard to wash or if the color is black and they can't see the water marks? I guess if you want a clean car, you have to wash the car yourself and that's what I'm going to do, wash my truck myself! I will not be going back to windy city car wash!
