rev:text	They do a horrible job when doing the eyebrow waxing. I have full eyebrows and the lady didn't listen to me saying I like to keep them thick, just clean them up. I came out with very thin brows and far too much space in between my brows. The area where they perform the waxing is very insanitary with a two mismatched blankets on the table, no tear away paper... so you're basically laying on everyone's sweat and dirt because you can tell it hasn't been washed. Second I got a simple gel manicure, all one color and I made a comment that I have a thin layer of hard gel on. The lady made the comment that she didn't even feel like I had hard gel and was I sure because typically it would be on very thick and hard to get off. Well to my surprise when I check out they are charging me $40 because she said I mentioned having hard gel. I told her that's pretty expensive for a simple gel mani when you didn't even realize I had hard gel on. Her and her manger (next to the service desk) just spoke in their native tongue for 2 minutes while I waited for my card to be handed back. I will never go back there and recommend you find a place with better work areas and employees who will listen and not surprise you with bogus charges AFTER they finish! The least she could have done was mention there would be a charge. Funny that the lady next to me had stiletto nails with glitter and gel but was only charged 36?!!! But I'm here with a gel mani and they charge me 40!
