  • Apparently Peruvian food might be the best food on the planet. The ceviche was delicious. I personally ordered the pollo nazca, which might be the best chicken I have ever had (and I've had a lot of chicken). I was at a table of 8, and between all of us, we tackled most of the menu. We passed forkfuls of lomo saltado, esabeche de pescado, and arroz con pollo, and I'm not sure I've been happier trying so many different entrees. They were also very accommodating and helpful. GO!
