If I could give this place a negative rating, I would.
I arrived at 1:25pm for a 1:30 appointment. I was given paperwork to complete. I then waited until 2:05pm. An employee then told me they didn't have the insurance pre-approval required - according to my doctor no pre-approval is required - and that they had tried to call me. We verified the number and I have had no calls from them in the last 2 weeks.
No concern for customer care or time. If they didn't have approval they could have informed me on arrival and saved me at least 45 minutes. Also, the guy talking to me either lied to me or he had wrong information about their calling me (not!) and the procedure requiring pre-approval.
My doctor is sending me to another imaging business - hopefully one that's competent.
