  • Once again a bad experience. My second time having a bad experience so not impressed. I've came to this car wash several times before and only had one bad experience with my rims not being cleaned n my interior being oily. This time I thought it would be diff but it was even worse. The children they hire to wash your car had her friend inside my car with her chit chatting and going through my stuff I guess didn't realize I was watching them. Since none of supervisors were paying any attention to what the workers were doing I approached my vehicle and asked the guy if he worked here when he replied oh no I don't but she does that's when I told him then get the funk out of my car and my personal shit. That's when he jumped out and she gave me a oh I'm so sorry, umm no I gave her a fake smile and went straight to a supervisor and asked for a different person to do my car when he asked why I told him well so you didnt notice your employer having one of her friends in my vehicle with her while he went through my things, lucky I didn't call corporate yet I rather have another individual who won't go through my shit to deep clean my car. He apologized and stated that is not how our fabulous team members are trained to act in such a disrespectful manner and it will be handled immediately. Well 2 hours later I was told my car was done, inspected it myself and it was soooo beyond the word not done. If I can run my finger along the rim and get black grease its not done and once again my leather interior was extremely greasy, and there were still crumbs all in the seats and along the seat belt edges. If I'm paying for a deep interior and exterior clean I want my $$$ worth. After I got home I noticed they had left their whipping towel in my trunk, that's how much they pay attention to what they are doing with people's cars. My tip to anyone who plans on going here, be very observant and keep a close eye on who's cleaning your car, because the children they hire to do it do half ass jobs and try to do it quick and not do a detailed job like you pay for. Get your $$$ worth if you decide to go here and inspect it yourself, or you'll be there waiting for 2 1/2 hours like I did for a crappy job. Fabulous ha! Yah my kids can do a better job. Not returning.
