  • Very poor service. Got in to the store at opening time (9 am) with no other customers in the store simply to buy more contact lenses for a current prescription at that store. Was asked to sit in the back and wait (w/o my name being taken or the time noted.) Waited over one hour with no indication of how much longer it would take while at least a dozen other customers came and went. I had to get up and go back to the desk to ask how much longer it might take before they actually got around to helping me; who knows how much longer I might've sat there if I hadn't reminded them. Then they were unable to refill my prescription because they did not have that particular style in stock. No apology was offered in any way.
